I shall be picking up a new car from BMW Welt in Munich in late May. I will be driving back to near Cologne but clearly want to steer clear of the Autobahns so that the car is run in properly.
There are any number of combinations of routes/cities, so does anyone have any particular recommendations for more interesting routes to take?
Augsburg, regensburg, Nuremberg, Wurzburg? Or should I route more to the west?
