OK, after much deliberation, I am testing a Himalayan this weekend, and if they can make the numbers work (I am looking at £500-£700 to change), I am buying. new one!

No someone I work with came here today for me to machine some studs out of a yoke, saw the bike, bought it!!

I am now looking around for the right Enfield. I was considering a new one as the dealer offered a decent PX and it seemed like a no brainer, but now I have seen a 3 month old Himmy with factory luggage and a few other extras for 3600 quid, hmmm.....
