Just thought I'd share a few photographs from my first week with my 1150gsa.
Took the bike up to the highlands for a play based around Skye.
Brief outline, 5days, 3000 miles, two drops, one puncture and 50 insect bites!

Couple of taster photos, the rest on my flickr.

Good photos. :clap Don't tell me. You tried to to an U turn and touched the front brake - didn't you. :rob Just don't ask how I know.

If the bike was recovered just because of a rear flat, do a quick search for "Slimbo" to see his tubeless puncture repair kit. :thumb2

I put my foot on a patch of loose gravel and I couldn't catch it. Not sure how it ended right across the road. but thats where it parked itself!
Yes bike was recovered just for the flat, apparently the AA wont repair a puncture and it took them over 7 hours to get someone to me. Luckily the bike mechanic on Skye opened up and fixed the tyre when the truck dropped me off at heading on for 9pm. Cost me £35 for a repair and he fitted an inner tube just to be on the safe side.

I recently got a nail in my front tyre but thankfully it was yards from my house.
I repaired the puncture with a bung & have since done over 4000 miles on it!
I wouldn't think of going out on either of my bikes without my puncture repair kit now.

Good photos btw! :thumb2
