while ont tinternet 
When I pull windows task manager up to cancel the applications I`ve had a look and theres 71 processes running at any one time. Is that a lot?
I`ve run spybot, adaware & AVG and still it keeps freezing
I don`t know if it`s anything to do with it but have recently downloaded itunes & also when defragmenting theres a lot of files that can`t be defragmented.
Any ideas how to sort it?
