Today i mostly will be fitting more goodies to the GS.
Bought a horn upgrade from City Slicker and very rooty tooty it is too! Thoroughly recommended!
Also, whilst in London, i bought some Verholen peg lowers from Geezer, very good they are an' all. Now i've got to sell my Touratech ones...
I've blown up my Two Brothers exhaust and am still waiting for a new sleeve to be provided foc from Carbontek. I've ordered a y piece from Andy Cameron because the TB y isn't compatible with the BM silencer. Although i love the rortyness of the TB i'm thinking of getting rid of it because it doesn't seem to like the winter very much. Overall i was very pleased with the performance and noise from the system but it doesn't seem up to the long term abuse that i've been giving it. I may still wait and see if it will mount onto Andys y piece later as i do really love the sound of window panes shattering wherever i go!!!!
Just thought i'd share the experience with you in case you were thinking of buying one. If you're a hard/heavy user it's not a good idea, look for one with a more robust mounting. More normal sized people that don't ride like hooligans... it's still a damn fine exhaust!
Rang Vern last night and ordered my panniers... that's me broke again!
