After a very long absence I'm planning to return to two wheels early next year, (as long as my job become permanent!!!)

Any advice on essential tools kit / kit / gadgets / items / clothing / gloves / that a 1200 GSA owner just cant live without?

Welcome back and apologies in advance.......

It depends how long your 'very long absence' was

You now need to have a proper crash helmet, those leather ones just won't do any more.

On a more serious note, a mudsling for the rear end and fender extender for the front will keep a lot of shyte off your bike.

And I'll get this in before they do........
