:DSo............................................Having thought maybe adventure bikes are not needed I have bought a new GSA:D
Its a really lovely bike . It seems so different from the 2014 GSA I sold .
The gearbox is smooth , the gear shift pro addictive and quite like the keyless thing, although I lost the key yesterday so was keyless until I found it this morning.
The heated grips work, in fact they are blooming hot .
It seems to ride better than my 2014 and fits me as well as all the GS's I have owned in the past.
I enjoyed my scrambler, but did hardly any miles on it in a year .................but 12000 on the T Max:eek:.
Got most of my money back on it with the deal
Just need to use it now .

TE in the end . They had the last white one available . A basic was going to be red . Happy with the deal:D:thumby:

I thought you started a thread about how much better a basic bike would be?

You wanna turn that front wheel to the left when you park up or one day it'll roll forward off the stand! Seen it on here and it happened to me once but luckily I saw it going and caught it. Always makes my stomach turn when I wee bikes parked like that, most are fine but the GS/A LC does have a tendency more than others. I always drop the kick stand down whilst in 1st gear when I pull up so it doesn't roll at all. Thinking of upgrading my 2014 GSA LC at some point...

Did you go for the new TFT dash? Actually are dealers even allowing you to spec this yet?

No . It was not an option to me .I think its the 2018 models . mines a last of 2017 model. must say I do like it.:thumby:

Cracking bikes. I just didn't gel with my 2017 GSA TB so I'll probably be going back to a standard GS once the new 2018 models are available. Just a pity about the hopelessly unimaginative colour range of black or white. That is unless I'm tempted to the orange side by a nice end of year offer by KTM.
