Well the 1150 has been chopped in for my new pony
As a 2 up tourer I cant see there being a better tarmac bike than the 1150
Me new un seems to weight half as much - It isnt but when yer moving around the shed/garden/drive this is fab
I test rode this/ well one of these on Tuesday and was smitten
Rainbows deal was £400 better than Pidcocks ( Ians the man who loves to sell)
Done 333 miles in a day and a half
fitted some lower pegs I had on the 1150 - so thats a cheap improvement
Did me first trail at 315 mile and me lovely missis will rollock me when she finds out
This is all I need and ticks all my boxes - I met me good mate Archie today and had a spirited blurt around single track lanes near Newark He was on a KTM 690 so I just kept him in sight
170 mile for 11.5 litres of fuel
Heres the pictures to show
You pronounce it Sir - Toe
Well chuffed up to now and after I return from a jolly on me r80GS I think this will be the
"Long distance Tourer" I ride without a pillion now
Private plate is handy too = sums me up wife said
