As of Mon. I am no longer the owner of the bike . I have a new bike delivered in the second week of July.
I must thank BMW NOG for the super fast way the matter was taken care off .
The issue with bike is investigated and in progress. I was promised that I will be told of the outcome...

Best record of a dead vehicle was a brand new fiesta with 32 miles on clock.It helps to put the power feed on the alternator. I also had a new Ford b max thing with no clutch at 150 miles.

Assembly fault

The oil leak came from the small hole just in front of the cylinder head ( left side ), due to assembly fault at the factory.
There is a metal plate just by the side of the hole, dealer called it a "blanking" plate. That was not fitted correctly.

I am glad that I rejected the bike,I have now a new one
