My XT won’t let me delete this waypoint

I have added two new waypoints (blue dots) that are either side of the circled waypoint and my XT will not delete the circled flag now. Can anyone offer a workaround to this?

I know I can skip it when I get there of course. Just wanted to delete it. And I also want to move the finish destination. Is this possible? Thanks.

Have you tried deleting them from Garmin Explore & then re-synching the unit? If not post the question on here, there are some really knowledgeable guys https://www.zumouserforums.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=48&sid=6258b81e02e733a73cabad2dc1520a7d

I don’t use Garmin explore. It’s a moot point now. I’ve decided to can this route and ride the Black Forest tomorrow instead.

It may be a moot point now but you may be unknowingly using Garmin Explore; depending on the steps you took when initially setting up your XT or installing Garmin Drive.
