MyDrive log in problem on the PC

I seem to be having an issue logging into my TomTom MyDrive account on my PC. Just wondered if anyone else is having the same issue.
Attempted to contact TomTom via thier chat box but it was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
 
All is okay here logging on with both the PC or iPad.

Edit.... doing updates seems to be struggling though.

Edit2.... working now
 
Still not working.
Think I’m going to uninstall MyDrive then reinstall it and see if that helps. Just worried I may loose 2weeks worth of pre planned European routes 😱
 
All ok with mine.
 
How did you ‘Sort it’? It might be useful for others, experiencing the same problem, to know.

I had the same - unable to show account details
 
I had to uninstall TomTom MyDrive from the laptop and then just reinstalled it, logged in as usual and all my routes etc were still there.
It appears that it just seemed to be locked into the login screen prior to the fix.
Fingers crossed all should now be good. 👍
