myNETmoto.com - Is it just me?

Or has anyone else not received their tyres?

I ordered a pair of Heidenau K60s from myNETmoto.com, which have failed to arrive.

OK, sh!t happens, no big deal I thought, contact myNETmoto and find out where they went... So I did, with an email with the order number in the title.

They replied almost straight away asking for the order number...

OK, so the title was missed, it happens. I replied with the Order Number, but have not heard any more from them, despite a few more emails asking for an update.

I paid them through PayPal, and have just finished raising a dispute through their Resolution Centre, in an attempt to either get my tyres or my money back.

I am curious to know if others are getting their orders in a timely manner, or is myNETmoto in the process of going belly up ? They have previously been prompt with deliveries and I have not had reason to question their ability to supply tyres, but think that in future I will pay the extra to know that I will receive the goods.

Anyone know an alternative (reliable) source of Heidenau K60s in the UK ?

I could not remember the name of the site where I ordered my Heidenau's from. So doing a search found this solitary posting referring the www.myNETmoto.com web site which is where I have bought a total of six tyres from the past.
I see they do not list heidenau K60s now apart from a snow version

Last pair of tyres I ordered from them were paid for with paypal on a Sunday afternoon and arrived first post the following Wednesday. Not bad as at the time the Michelins couldn't be got for love nor money in the Uk and the list price was £120 dearer
