Just about to give the bike its first bath in my custody and found a mysterious cylindrical 'thingy' behind the R/H pillion peg bracket. It looks like a braided hydraulic line going into rear of clutch housing.
I'm guessing it's maybe a clutch slave cylinder bleed device. If so can someone explains how it work?

AS Johnny says Clutch Fill point originally

Split that alloy end part off the pipe 2 decent Spanners a 12mm and a 14mm and fit a standard bleed nipple in its place (M10 Nut in end of Hose line) and you will have reached the Nirvana of clutch flushing!
