Last week I updated the software (now version 3.60) and maps, on my BMW Nav 5. Since then, the Nav 5 no longer displays the bike data when fitted into the BMW cradle. This is both on my 1200 GS and 1250 RT. Worked perfectly before the update. Wonder wheel doesn't work on the Nav 5 on either bike. The 'My Motorcycle' app is no longer visible. The navigation works perfectly well. I've tried Master reset and disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. When I did the maps update, I had to insert a Micro SD card, as it said there was insufficient memory. Noticeably, the key board has now changed from the split alphabet to a normal QWERTY keyboard. Anyone else had this problem ? Any ideas how to resolve would be gratefully received. Garmin support cannot/will not assist because of the age of the device.
