Nav IV questions re music from phone etc

I bought a Nav IV recently and it will be going on the new LC which I pick up tomorrow.

Quick question - will the IV allow me to route music/radio from my 'phone? The 'phone bit has linked to the IV no problems - as has the HTC bluetooth adapter which feeds my in-ear monitors and mic.

At the moment, it looks like my only choices are:

* Link the headset to the IV. If I want music, I have to download stuff onto a micro SD Card. I just get basic calling functionality from the 'phone.

* Link the headset to the 'phone only, which will give me all of the apps, including streaming music and radio etc, in addition to the basic 'phone functions. But I don't get audio from the Nav IV.

Am I missing a way of using the IV to route other audio from the 'phone?

You can't route music from the phone through the Nav IV.

I would re-post this in the Communications section to see whether the Sena headset users now have a solution with 2 BT channels -one for the Satnav and another for the phone.
