NAV IV

I have a NAV IV. Had it for a few years and it’s worked fine. However, this year I switched it on, and the touch screen doesn’t work, it’s like it’s frozen, can’t get on to maps or anything else for that matter. I am wondering can these things be repaired?

Take the back off and unplug the battery for 30 minutes r, refit and try
