Nav V MP3 playback - VERY slow...

I put some MP3s on an SD card and popped it into the Nav V. The music is all properly index, but when I try to play the music it has difficulties. Generally it will say that it's playing, but it will do so VERY slow - I get millisecond blips of music every 10 seconds or so. I did find one fix that worked 80% of the time and that involved taking the Nav V off the mount, playing the music the getting it working, then reattaching it to the bike. From there it will work largely fine, allowing me to skip tracks and pick other music as normal.

Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, any advice on a fix??

sounds like you have not transferred it correctly to the SD card ..how are you doing this ? I find it easier do to it direct from iTunes. I just made another copy of my library , changed it to MP3 format ,popped it n the Nav and it works great .
