In my view there is good news and bad with these TT brackets! It brings the unit closer to you making reaching it easier and better vis in bright light. However, I gave up on mine and sold it because I found I just had too much vibration of the unit when you were on the move. I opted for the Migsel mount (below) on the screen bar which seems to be a decent compromise. Bear in mind that if you use a a locking TT mount, only V1 will fit using the Migsel bracket. TT is about to bring out a new V2 locking version for the Nav V. It's in the new catelogue but not priced or on the website yet

Yep - After spending my commute with it today I think I prefer the more 'stable' approach of it fitted to the crossbar thingie on the screen. I find the unit a 'little' too far away for comfort using the buttons and dabbing the screen but I 95% certain I'm going for a new GSA in a couple of months so the remote control on the handbar will help with that.
