Can you buy the Navigator mount if it doesnt come standard with the bike and where does it plug into?

Yes you can.

On the BMW F850GS, the factory GPS/sat nav cradle plugs directly into a dedicated 3-pin connector located under the front dash/panel area, typically on the right-hand side near the back of the instrument cluster or headlight frame
You usually need to remove or loosen the windshield and front dash trim panel to comfortably see and reach the connector.
