need some work done....

I'm in need of some work to be done in the house, i'm obviously reluctant to just pick a name out of the phonebook. So I was wondering if anyone can recommend someone or may be interested themselves in doing the work.
Jobs that need doing are

1 Fit an extractor fan into the bathroom while leaving the existing wall vent in place, wiring needs to be done properly
2 install new insulation into attic, including lagging of pipes and water tank
3 replace single glass panel beside front door with double glazed safety glass
4 one window needs to be replaced with larger opening area to allow for emergency access
5 fit catches to upstairs windows to restrict opening.

Any advice or offers greatly appreciated. The house is in the clonsilla area and I need to get this work done asap and as always I am price sensitive.

Oh and if anyone has any contacts in the skiphire business...........!!!

do insulation yourself its piss easy and take slittle or no time
