The black Ackra silencers look good…. Far better than the twin Accra BMW silencers imho.

Think i will save my money and just keep the standard can

I would have waited to get one of those ,naively I thought the twin pipe version would be the only one you could get!

Very little difference
Will need to get rid of decat for a better sound

If I disconnect the valve flap cables from the flap and just leave them dangling will I get a fault come up or will the bike think they're still connected?

On the 1250 , I took the cables off and left the connection connected , no lights as the motor still moves but not the valve , this will stay in the open postition from memory . Fitted the de cat pipe , no valve , same as above , no lights.

Just thinking it may sound nicer at low revs?

When I had the BHP tune on the 1250 the first map came with the valve omitted and it did sound louder on low / start revs.
