For anyone planning to visit the Pyrenees or Spain and are travelling down through France the new autoroute is open that connects Bordeaux to Pau.
Cost by bike is a whopping 14 euros but not as bad as a car which comes in at 26.10.
Just to make you all green with envy in the UK, the weather down here has been so mild recently that yesterday morning I used the above road and was surprised to have to clean off flies that had stuck to my visor.
