What on an adventure bike? A bike that you all bought for its off road capabilities?
I expect that the truth is that most GS riders have adorned their off road adventure bikes with 30 kgs of scaffolding to protect it when it falls over, will never go near any dirt in case the huge ugly panniers get dirty, and will go on their summer holiday in convoy with other GSs on a route that has all the hotels booked and is listed on the approved GS travel section. The bike, bought on HP (PCP), will be returned with low mileage in exchange for the latest model at the approved time without a scratch.

Which is the way they have normally done it during previous model change launches
