new here and need a mechanic

Posted in the newbe forum about my newly aquired R1100GS. What I need now is a good mechanic to service it and repair/replace the master cylinder.

Any suggestions for the West Sussex area. I will be commuting to central London dailly so could drop it off on the way.

Who is this Steptoe bloke? I believe he's around London and everyone seems to have a good word to say about him.

There is also Barry Barber in Cosham 07810 713710 ex BM mechanic does his own thing now. He collects if required. Did my 1150 lights service brakes etc so it now looks a right a tart.

Good work, and a friendly face if Steptoe is tied up or in a grump....

Have replied to your PM - I have a couple of loan bikes available ( 1100 GS's) for customers use, and you can drop off any time ( within reason 9pm latest) .

cheers for the reply guys. It booked in with Steptoe next Tuesday. Turns out his place is on my way to work so quite convenient as well (especially with the loan bikes).
