has any one ells had this issue with there nitron rear shock

Get the angle grinder on it! :green gri

Yes I used a 12 mm milling tool on a drill t open the aperture in the frame

to clear the top of an Ohlins I was fitting for a customer (with their agreement prior to taking any action of course)

Hang the shock with the wheel out and swingarm down, it gives you room to check what you perceive as maximum movement

Keep the curves curvy and avoid sharp angles or corners where cracks can start :rob

What about contacting Nitron, mistakes do get made.

I do agree it does piss you off, when things don't fit as they should.

all ready going threw. just thought id ask if any one on hears had the same issue

I went for hyper pro; no problemo.

I had nitro on the sv1000 and they were ok to deal with; although the constant "offers" did annoy me a bit.

Will check mine if it ever comes back, been away now 3 weeks getting serviced

having my commuting tool out of service is a bit of a blow after they promised me 2 week turnaround
