Both front discs warped.
Front engine cover paint flaking.
Headlamp unit inner popped off the ball joints changing the bulb.
Alternator belt cracking.
Gearbox casings paint flaking.
Rear wheel bearing leaking.
All replaced under warranty. No wonder it cost £10k they have to tailor in the replacement factor.I thought these were meant to be quality German engineering.
Sargent seat original to uncomfortable
Eaten three sets of rear brake pads
Hugger and side panels to keep the shite off your legs.
But its still a great bike to ride.
My Varadero 26000 miles cost £6500 only part needed to be replaced HISS aeriel. No replacement factor needed in the cost.
But its not as much fun as the GS.
Moral...You pays your money and takes your chance
