New rear shock options?

The oem one is still ok but I want to improve the rear and I want a bit more travel as the front now has KYB forks. What are my options for a custom shock? Hyperpro used to offer their 461 shock for the Dakar but I can now only see the emulsion shock listed. Any recommendations for anything else?

Just ordered a hyperpro shock for my XC, and apparently all shocks are made to order and riders spec, so i can't see why they wouldn't make one for you and your dakar?. Maybe worth dropping them a line?

A couple of months ago there were deals on Ohlins shocks, inc Dackar rears. Might be worth sending a PM to the OP of the thread in the link below to see if there's any Dakar ones left :
