So........ Chopped in my Mk 2 T Max for a Mk 3 and what a beauty!! In Stealth grey all new alloy frame R1 Brakes 15 inch wheels 46mm forks EFI as before upswept exaust and all new bodywork. Handles and stops better than the previous model and looks pretty good for a sport scoot.i love it:thumb2 These are the Future in congested cities and ridable all year round:bow

Happy new bike...looks kinda kewl in its own way.

I don`t see how these machines are any better in city traffic than a conventional bike though. :nenau
Or how they`re any more rideable all year round than a conventional bike..

Although I can see what a breath of fresh air they`d be compared to a fully larded up GS with boxes, etc etc. :augie

Enjoy,anyway. :thumb2

they are twist and go and 110mph when legal:augie This is my 4th T Max so i'm a bit Biased ,they have great weather protection and are just so easy to ride ,and handle beautifully:thumb2 big under seat store as well:thumb2 I'm lovin it!!

Nice bike:thumb2

You look a bit like Darkhorse Dave, but he'd never make the mistake of wearing those shoes:blast

Looks properly fit for purpose though, R1 brakes on those small tyres must be really hairy?

Good luck with it Rob :thumb2 - Whatever happened to the Eastern European project?

...just out of interest , what are the maintenance intervals on these things - are they cheaper to maintain than a conventional bike ?

Steve as soon as I got it up and running I remembered how dangerous they were ,the thought of son no 2 on it was frightfull!! So he still has a C90!

service at 600 then every 6000 mile or yearly . the Big one is 12000 miles where its a new belt and 4 filters  tyres and all brake pads last 6000 miles only ,making the 6000 mile service about £500  But they are incredibly reliable ,just dont expect vespa running costs:augie

they are twist and go

I can imagine that makes for a bit of a laugh with some decent power there behind the throttle.

and 110mph when legal:augie

Guess it is a bit of a laugh then. :D

big under seat store as well:thumb2

Groovy....I can dig that . :thumb2

I'm lovin it!!

As I said....enjoy! :beerjug:

Erm...unless you`re Catalogue Man personified, any chance of a proper photo or two ??

Considered one for commuting when in Italy but costs were insane compared to the price of a m/bike - ended up going for a VStrom instead. Can def see the appeal but in GB weather conditions?

You are right there, you would need a nice pair of gucci or prada.

Was only thinking today as over in Italy and seeing all the scoots, why the feck do I bother with the GS every day around London town, why not get a super scoot for nipping about

Top kit ...

... and you know how  they are ! Just re-inflated the skirt on my Mk2 and put the muffs back on as it's getting a bit chilly in the mornings, but still the best urban tool about :thumb2

Lovely bike, if I had the funds I would have one. In that same colour combination too :thumb2
