New TE, SATNAv mount lock missing?

Hi,
Just picked up a new 2014 TE and notice there is no lock in the SATNav mount, is this normal, does the lock come with the Nav V satnav or should it be there. I haven't bought a Nav V and plan to use my old Zumo 550. I'm old school and quite like the wired systems, or maybe I'm just to tight to shell out on new SATNav, BT helmet sets, and BT PMR radio, PTT etc.

The lock barrel should be there. However, it has a tendency to fall out, it's a known problem. Just go back to the dealer, they won't be surprised.

Thanks, just got the barrel fitted, they had left it out, I think they have sold so many bikes that they had run out of locks

Mine fell out the day I picked it up........ Having it fitted 'correctly' at first service.........................
