The RS has a much nicer riding position than the standard Z900.Bars are lower and angled differently.

The Green one with the fairing looks so right it has to be a good bike

It's lovely isn't it. I'm really not a fan of IL4s but like it a lot.

The Z900RS is the only IL4 from Japan I’d consider having....but as I’m a ‘only one bike at a time’ type person (as decreed by SWMBO), it just wouldn’t suit my riding needs right now.

So did I to be honest. But the Mothership; still has plenty of go in her for the hard stuff. It was the size that was putting me off the 9; but once we both jumped on, it all came together. Big K put them together in a way I like.
