After a lot of thought I decided to spend a bit of cash and sort my 450 Husaberg out rather than change it for a newer model - Its a 2005 450FE registered 06.

In the forests it had a tendency to overheat and shower me with steam so I fitted an uprated 1.8 bar radiator cap instead of the 1.4 bar one that is standard. I also put 'Engine Ice' coolant in the radiator.
It was much better but not 'Sorted'
I managed to buy the petrol tank from a newer Berg which gave me the room to have a fan kit installed.(Had to have the radiator modified for the thermostat and switch)

Now the overheating is 'Sorted'
While I had my wallet open I bought:-
2 new mousses
2 new Metzeler tyres
New Front pads
New Rear pads
New Seat
New Yellow Scoops & suitable Graphics
Front wheel bearings
Now my Berg looks a tad different

Changed the oil and filter, charged the battery and waxed the chain so I am hoping for great weather tomorrow as a few of us are heading out for a blast
