Ninja 1000 SX

I am looking into the exhaust options. The Powerbronze double bubble screen arrived on Thursday and I am happy to say it's very good. Seat could do with a a gel pad and a re upholster, something which looks good as well as being more comfortable.

I stuck a Sargent seat on mine. All day comfortable after that. They come up for sale reasonably often on the ninja forum.

What finally instigated the change of bike was a ride the previous week. Riding a good biking road between Abergele and Llanrwst, some of you will know it. Tight and twisty in places with a few open stretches. I passed a guy in a Fiesta and noticed in my mirrors he started having a go. He obviously knew the road well, so I thought I would create a gap in order to put him off. I did, but I could really feel the weight in the tighter bends. I couldn't have ridden quicker safely. I could have easily gone quicker on any of my previous bikes. My 1200GS Hexhead would have done it with ease. The deed is done now. Looking forward to the Kwak.
There is sometimes a speed camera van at the end of one of the straights in a lay-by they ping you as you come round the corner
Great road though I used to use that road when I took bikes out from Woods

Talking to a guy at the Tap pub in Eastham. He works for Mersey Tunnels. He told me that there is a permanent mobile camera as you come out of the Wallasey tunnel in the direction of Liverpool City centre. It's 30 mph and apparently they are getting 450 hits a day. They have kept it there because it makes so much money.
