Nippy Norman frame bung

Hello, Can anyone tell me how to remove this 2010 GSA frame bung? It's covering the swing arm pivot. There's a hole in the top which I thought might have a grub screw in, but it doesn't. Does it just pull out? I don't really want to remove any more paint than the bike moults naturally!

Hi,
I think the small hole in the top of the cover should have a Allen bolt grub screw.
Remove this and the cover
can be prised off.

Maybe that hole should have been at the bottom to drain out moisture.
The cover should pry off.

Yup, that's what I thought but there no grub screw in there, it just seems to be a blind hole. I'm going to try the gentle brute force approach

I had a similar aluminium cap on mine, I had to chisel it off. Destroyed that rather than scratching the frame.

Spray a bit of lube on it first..and leave it a while.... It may help
