What can I say about Nippy Normans?
See rant for more in depth details, but at long last my new Sargent seat has finally turned up and what a beautiful piece of craftsmanship it is to?
But my point is that Nippy Norman has done more than his fair share to try and help me over the last few days due to the incompetence of a carrier and the bull-shitting of a delivery driver! Even to the point where by he gave me his own personal mobile number so that he could help me while he was away on holiday.
Just how many shops or dealers etc would do that then???
Norman, you are indeed a top bloke who fully understands the words, customer support and customer commitment, I cannot thank you enough for helping to sort it out and get it delivered.
