I know that last year Nippy Norman was catching some grief for trying, perhaps a tad too hard, to sell parts to anybody and everybody.

I've bought two items from him over the past weeks, and both arrived very nippily, both by recorded delivery.

Even better, because I'd made an error and ordered the wrong bit, I emailed at sort out an excahnge. The replacement items arrived very quickly indeed. He must have done the swap and sent the new bits out as soon as th envelope cntaining the old bits hit his front door.

Yep - ditto to that. Ordered some handlebar risers for my 12, and they arrived next day. Top service, things seem to be nicely calm and efficient now.

I spoke to the nice man at Nippy Normans today and he couldn't have been more helpful. It was all ref Remus stuff and he was quite hapy to answer questions even when no potential sale was involved.

Droopy....I think you're thinking way way back to when Nippy first came on the scene....A certain reptilian gentleman or our acquantance had a bit of a pop but since then, to my knowledge anyway, Nippy seems to have had nothing but praise for his enterprise.

Hmmm.....I may have got that wrong- It may have been kefuffle over autoswitches- but whatever, it was a looooong time ago
