Are the prices the same for touratech stuff at Nippy Normans or is it different than going to touratech uk?

Nippy can be a wee bit dearer at times as in penny's but a least you get the parts you want the service is second to none

Touratech can take months service horrendous
not just my opinion check previous posts
Cheers
Johnny

I had heard that Touratech can take for ever to deliver, but last Thursday I ordered an exhaust heatshield which arrived here the next day.
Just can't get delivered quicker than that.

The couple of times i have ordered stuff from Nippy Norman's, the items have either been here the day after or two days at the most, and if you phone them they are very helpful

I have'nt used Touratech, but going by some posts the service is no where near as good as NN

Ordered a set of Fastway pegs and gear shift extension, from Nippy normans sunday night via internet, arrived today :thumb fitted tonite GREAT SERVICE

Totally agree about N N.

Bought one of those pads(?) for the side stand on the GS - arrived next day :thumb

I'll find out soon enough as I've just ordered a Touratech rear brake pedal extender. I've always had good service from NN, which is why I'm happy enough to spend those extra pennys. :thumb

nn

I ordered and paid for 3 Decals from the Merchandise section last Sunday (6th) and I'm a bit dissapointed they still haven't arrived by today, it means it'll be sometime next week I earnestly hope.

I placed my order on Wednesday and got a reply on Thursday which tells me that the brake extender (and other stuff) are out of stock and it'll be two weeks before they're back in. :( Oh well, it's the first delay I've had, but I'm not really worried as my trip to Scotland isn't until the first week of September. And even if they still haven't arrived, the items aren't holding me up in any way.

Patience is a virtue, or so I've been told. :rob :D

thanks for the responses. From your views, it seems people are most concerned with getting the items asap rather than price.

Will probably get stuff from NN if I need it in a hurry :thumb

But he DID e-mail you to tell you of the delay.

Touratech can't even be arsed to do that. You sit in blissfull ignorance, unable to contact anyone, and they send the bits when THEY'RE ready.

I've never had a problem with NN.

Oh yes, 1st class service as usual. But I don't think I was actually complaining in my post. :nenau I have heard that TT are VERY poor as per customer relations which is why I continue to use NN for all my GS stuff. Obviously there's times when his stock will get depleted and he depends on TT to supply. God knows, but NN must have the patience of a saint dealing with TT.
