Had my first and deffo not last experience with Nippy Normans. Excellent service without any doubt. I ordered a set of crash bars  for my 1150 on line and they were with me by mid morning the next day. Brilliant :thumb

Great service from Nippy's

I ordered a screen for my GS late Friday afternoon, got an e-mail saying it had been sent on Monday, it arrived at 7:30 this morning :)

Good job Nippy :thumb

I've nothing but praise for Norman too. Even when stuff wasn't in stock, he kept me updated as to when the package would be posted.

Motorrad Concepts also get the thumbs up as well.

Is this sort of service normal for BM owners ? With this being my first non Japanese bike, it seems to me that there's more customer care afforded.

I thought about ordering some bits today, and they arrived yesterday. :tosser

Eliminator,
Excellent humour my man! :thumb

I thought it was perhaps a one off or alternatively, you had professional comedy writers helping you, but then I saw your profile with "best ride ever taken" ...brilliant stuff :clap

It's put down lines and rapier wit like yours that make coming on this forum so much fun. Keep it up... :bow

Nippy's

Couldn't agree more with all your fullsome praise. My last order Reyno grill and Led indicators, arrived 5 days after placing order. Longer than some but I'm in Australia! I don't know what the go is with Norman, but whatever it is keep it up. Best service I've ever had bar none.

Had my first experience of using Norman a couple of weeks ago. The quickest delivery I have known for anything mail-order!! So impressed I was that I was compelled to part with more of my money 3 days later!!! Will definitely be adding some of Norman's kit on mt Christmas wish list!!! :ymca

timolgra, marry him?

I'm more concerned that one of them intends to bear his children.

They remind me of the ingratiating character in David Copperfield, you know the one usually portrayed as having ginger hair.

Ever so 'umble Mr. Norman.

Cheer up you miserable pair of bas..... :tosser

Perhaps I should change the name from Eliminator to grumpy old :tosser .

The trouble with the world today is that when something arrives on time it is regarded as fantastic, when in fact it should be considered the norm. This is a reflection on the crap service that most people provide.

Incidentaly, I am happy with the speed of delivery from NN, unfortunately he has declined my marriage proposal. :D
