Nippys Oil Cooler Guard

Anyone got any tips on fitting one of these? Just wondering how much time to set aside e.g. do I need to take the beak off? Don't want to bust anything and am still finding my way around the bike.

Any hints much appreciated.

dont take beak off
watch you dont drop small screws and nuts
