No sound

Sorry if this has been asked before but a friend has just bought a nav 5 and is trying to use it on his old 660 cradle for he's car, it works ok but no sound is that cradle not compatible? is there no speaker in the nav 5 to use on another cradle? Thanks.

I cannot say anything about the cradle, but the Nav V has no inbuilt speaker. Thus, on the bike, you need the Nav V to be paired with a compatible Bluetooth headset for the music app to work.

The Nav V car cradle has an inbuilt speaker for navigation instructions to be heard. But I do not know if that also allows the music to be heard through the cradle speaker
