Many people I know fit Continental TKC80's

the ones fitted, at least up til now were TKC80s

but people seem also to be trying Metzeler(?) Karoos, which seem less favorable in the wet on tarmac.

Slap a set of TK80's on it, stick better than they have any right to. Expect about 3-4k out of a rear, and about 7k out of a front.

3-4k out of a rear! Just had to order a new one for mine at under 2K. Only put the bugger on 6 weks ago!
Oh, and i'm getting kinda desperate for me boxes Vern, please get em done soon!
