Hi Mike, ask them to order part number 51 257 688 674. Some dealers are aware others says key not showing for new gsa.

I'm not bothered if the key is provided by a BMW dealer or not....it's simply a matter of convenience.

There is no great rush at the moment. I was due to pick up my 1300 on Feb 28, the day after I was scheduled to return for a holiday with 3 mates with Canary Motorcycle Tours in Gran Canaria. Unfrotunately at the end of the second day I was side swiped by a cyclist resulting in a compound fracture of my left ankle. I finally got home on March 4.

Although I'm improving at an increasing rate I'm still pretty immobile at the moment but the bike will hopefully be delivered to me in the next few days

All sorted now

Spoke to a more experienced member of staff yesterday and the key was ordered within 5 minutes! Had a call this morning to inform me that it has arrived.
