Non GS - B'n B near Norwich / Diss area

Hi ,
friend of mine is bringing a boat and trailer over to between Diss and Norwich, and will need a reasonable B'n B for the night ; preferably one where he might be able to safely leave his boat trailer as well ( not talking mega boats here -small sail type size I guess )- and no, before you wise guys ask,he won't be on a bike - driving a small Merc van !!!

Anyone any ideas ? - after delivering the boat he'll be heading back down to Devon again, so preferably south of Norwich, Diss/Thetford way, perhaps.
