I know the feeling.... I have been late for work a couple of days this week, just because I waited for the postman, to see if he had the magic disc!

I got my Quest 2 replaced under warranty last week. Prior to this I ordered the update and they sent me the NT version and then I ordered another for the new unit and it is NT as well - haven't installed either so are you sure it's definitely non-NT we need because the Mapsource I use is for NT?
Quest 2 uses NT, the latest release is for non NT.
Ah there you go - I didn't realise the Quest and Quest 2 had different operating systems
