I'm sure many will have sampled part, if not all of the N260 that runs along the Pyrenees, on the northern border of Spain. A good road, but not exactly challenging (without the snow). The C28/C1412 and other additions are worth a look, along with others that are easy to suss from Michelin 1:400,000 map. If you are down that way then the coast road from Port-Vendres to Llança is worth a look. It'll give second & third a good workout - and the scenary ain't too bad, if you can take your eyes off the road.
