The recce to the Bluebell near Milnthorpe actually turned in to a meet in its own right with 7 attendees and was much appreciated and a plesant evening was had. The venue the Bluebell was voted as a goer (thanks Pete).
The southern crew would appear to be settling on the 3rd week of the month and the thinking for the Northern bit was the first week (days still to be confirmed) pet will be speaking to the Bluebell landlord as to how how wishes to deal with those that want to eat an make sure it does not clash with another local meet.
For those of us sitting in the midddle of the district we are lucky to potentially have 2 venues to choose from or both. So watch this space for further details.
Maybe some of the ex Hopper crew may be tempted across this side occationally for a run down the A65
