:clap :thumb Been here a while now but have just traded my 1150GS for an 1150GSA, why I hear you ask? Well wanted bigger panniers after a trip round Scotland and I really wanted GSA in the first place. Popped into BRM Bristol to get new set of rear pads for mine ended up with '04 GSA full BMW metal Panniers really good spec and most of the Touratech bits on my wish list already fitted. Collect Thursday and I'm like a pig in S**t.
Just like to add BRM did me proud, no pressure (as these things sell themselves) and good deal! Cheers Des. :bounce1

Funnily enough, thats exactly what the people at Rydales told me when I enquired about the 1150 Adventure. I'm sure you will love it. :thumb

Bugger, I had bought 'em already from the motorad dept, and was just having a nosy! I had to fit them to mine as the old ones had fallen apart! with plenty of life left in them, bugger!! :(
Anyway picked up the GSA this morning, short ride home then work but NICE!
BRM now have a good cond GS with new pads!!!!!! :thumb

Thanks dude that makes me feel a whole lot better as I did exactly the same thing at BRM a couple of months ago, went in for some panniers for my standard 1150GS and came out with a fully-loaded 2005 1150GSA. Unfortunately have since purchased all new kit including new lid, sat nav, Airhawk seat, throttle lock and numerous other must have gadgets and tossed off £500 riding it to Switzerland and back to make sure its was OK. By the way the bike rocks! Am currently planning a yomp across Canada next. Love it.

PS. Des sold it to me aswell! Not that he had to try too hard sounds like he used the same line on you :-)

Somewhere in the middle of France.

Showed this to my missus, made me feel a whole lot better, thank god there is someone else who just does it when it's too good to miss. More Scotland next year and some of France too. :thumb

Hi Peejay,

bought my 1150GSA from Bath Road back in July, had great service from them, enjoy the bike.

Bought my first 1150GS in a similar way - just went in for a new speedo cable for my 1100GS - now on my fourth & best GS ever - 1150GSA, 15.5K miles of totally trouble free pleasure :D :D Enjoy your new bike, they're real beauties :thumb
