I bought my 1200 from them cos they had a cancelled order and I got it the next week (2 weeks ago now) and last weekend I went out with some of the Welsh miscreants and did lots of mileage. Had anxiety on Monday due to 450 miles being on clock so rang Ocean to see if they could service it for me on friday, well after 2 minutes (of me hussling) they agreed that if I had it there for 11am and would leave it all day they would fit in round everything else. They also laughingly agreed to lend me a loan bike (I dread to think what it would be)
I arrived on time, explained what a Numpty I was cos i'd forgotten my license and they would have the pleasure of my company <G> Anyway two hours later the bike was ready and I was on my way back home again.
Fantastic service by a real friendly bunch who seem honest and professional. Nowt on sale in the clothing department my size so I'll be waiting for SPC's sale at the end of the month as I'm determined to get a rallye or savanna jacket
Oh and my feet got sodding soaked so I need a pair of boots size 12 too !!!!
