Off road in South Wales

Is there anybody willing to show me and a mate (Honda CRF450X and KTM 450EXC) a few lanes in South Wales on a Friday? I usually ride round Surrey with the TRF and my mate is based in South Wales (Risca) but hasn't done any riding round there so would be great to get to know a few riders down there and some legal to ride places.

If you are TRF members or are joining the TRF. The South Wales TRF are doing a special ride once a month for new TRF members.

Yes we are both TRF members and have been in contact with the South Wales TRF but as far as I understand they go out weekends only. We need to do it on a Friday as one of us works every weekend. If you know otherwise please let me know
