off road schools in Spain/Morocco

Hi
Does anyone have any experience of an off road training school in Southern Spain or Morocco?
We are thinking of going around February time.
We have experience of a little light green laneing and forest tracks.

Whilst not strictly a 'school' Bikershome in Maroc is highly recommended.

Peter is a great guy and will take you out on off roads tours to suit your ability on his bikes. Collection from Marrakesh can also be arranged if you decide to fly into there.
