Oh Dear !!!!

Obloodyhellertone

Why is it that his name always pops up when there's weirdness involved. :green gri

Worst hangover of my life EVER, was completely his fault. :augie
Though he never inflicted anything Harley related on me, so i think i got off lightly.

he does deal in weapons grade hangovers i must admit :D:D:D:D

That's sweet......ave it... :D

And it suits you well.....

Suits you sir! Of course what sir really needs is a tastefully modified goldy coloured Road King. Sir would look fabulous on that! Ooh!

No, can't be true, the "king" is not for sale surely???

No, can't be true, the "king" is not for sale surely???

My thoughts have been leaning this way of late, yes.

The case for (selling):
1. I haven't been using it very much lately.
2. I have 2 other bikes, Drz400 & R100GS.
3. I could do with the space in my garage/wood workshop (my occupation).
4. I could do with the money to A. Update my combination machine (woodwork) as mine is going wrong with regular monotony and is a bitch to work on. This would cost about £8/9K.
or B. Buy another bike – possibly maybe KTM 1190 Adv R.
5. The whole Harley groove thang leaves me a little cold. Sometimes I feel a complete dick riding it. I know that is daft but that is the way it is.
6. It is a very single purpose bike – touring (which it does well).

The case against (keeping it):
1. When I do ride it I think "yeah, this is niiiiice!"
2. I now have it how I wanted it.
3. I've spent far too much on it and would lose a lot of that.
4. I already have 2 off-road oriented bikes, why buy another. I most likely wouldn't keep the KTM long as I hate paying for dealer servicing etc and hate the feeling of being at a corporates mercy.
5. I could save for new woodwork machine.
6. Regarding No 5. in the case for selling: Get a life you fucking bell-end.

So there you have it...the case for and against, opinions welcome! :thumb2

PS - Apologies Chad for hijacking your thread.

You seem to have a bin bag or a black cat caught/melted on the lower frame behind the front wheel.

Lets face it ...

... what ever it was in post one ,the rear eand doesnt look right the mudguard /fender sits to high from the back wheel and doesnt look right

... once its got the Essex Enforcer on it, it'll be a lot closer to the wheel  As to all this stuff about hangovers, I can't think what you mean; possibly Port and/or Rum doesn't agree with Sir ?

Nice bike :D

melch i think your slight dissatifaction with the harley might be that you havent got branded enough .
would a nice HARLEY jacket with HARLEY DAVIDSON embossed on the back maybe with a nice big eagle to signify your spirit of independance ,perhaps a HARLEY bandana for the im a rebel look ,or even a nice pair of HARLEY club toed boots ,perhaps an american flag of the back of your bike with ,you guessed it HARLEY DAVIDSON printed on it .
give it a chance get branded (i draw the line at handlebar tassells sorry gypsy ).

It's only nuts and bolts at the end of the day....if you've lost the feeling flog it!!

No point in it winding you up....

I am though enjoying the simplicity of one bike.....if I feel like a ride, I've only one bike to ride..pop to the pub, one bike... Go to Brighton... Yep just the one bike!!... Kind of removes a lot of complications....

My mantra is a single bike rule... Just last night I was letting the choice between a GSA 1150/1200 ?? Trouble me.. Simple... Don't bother.. Just one bike....this came in a moment riding back on the A27... Gone midnight, cool dark quiet.... It made not a jot what I was riding... I was just riding and loving it....

Have a word with yourself you raging homo!!!! :blast

So, having one bike, liking Rose.. Riding a Harley, wearing a leather waist coat and having a night out in Brighton with Crapauld and Steptoe makes me a bit Gay.........oh, I see...
